Email Information Security Engineer

This is an excellent direct-hire opportunity to work with one of the largest financial services organizations in the world. The professional who secures this opportunity for themselves will be engaged on a daily basis with sharp technical/business professionals, and bleeding edge technical projects.

This is a permanent opportunity, NOT a consulting contract.

The candidate will play a key role in implementing Entrust Entelligence Messaging Server. This person will be a member of a CRM/Integration group, which is responsible for gathering application requirements, preparing detailed technical reviews and ensuring compliance to the organizations information technology management policy.


Technical Skills Required:

-Experience with encryption technologies (such as IPsec and Stunnel).
-Experience with encrypted email and web security technologies is required.
-Experience with the following technologies: SunOne Web Server, BigIP, 3DNS, WebLogic, Microsoft Exchange Server, and Tomcat
-Experience working on large scale projects with tight deadlines
-Experience with large scale integration and hosting environments
-Familiarity with proxy servers and firewalls
-Ability to work with Engineering teams to produce resilient, repeatable, and supportable operational processes


Non-Technical Skills Required:

-Strong customer and quality-focus
-Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
-Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
-Ability to work in a team environment
