Software Product Architect

As product architect you will be the ultimate decision maker for technical issues and responsible for: setting product directions, creation and maintenance of architectural integrity, propose and assess new requirements, provide guidance for new projects, and help resolve conflicts within and between projects.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Drive technical strategy and its evolution
• Define and drive architecture standards
• Promote innovation and competitiveness
• Define and drive product architecture
• Work with product management to define product requirements
• Serve as a company representative
• Help with technology licensing and M&A technical evaluations
• Work with the engineering team to track product and project progress
• Work with other architects to ensure consistency and compatibility between products
• Facilitate communication between product teams and within your peer group
• Mentor the engineering team
• Provide technical consultation within Product Development and to the rest of the company
• Review and sign off on project work products as defined in the Review Process
• Produce and/or take responsibility for the content of: architecture documents, concept specification, security document, regulatory documentation, patent review, and content for technical white papers
